Supply chain scale-up in the spotlight: Pro Alliance

Pro Alliance

The Belgian firm Pro Alliance is a collaboration hub designed especially for supply chains, where conversations happen, data is shared and decisions are made. It stems from the idea that siloed supply chains are static and outdated, and that modern supply chains need a more agile collaboration tool in order to work effectively together.

Pro Alliance has therefore been designed as a social network, aiming to make supply chain collaboration easy by connecting everyone in the supply chain to the right people and the right information: from performance score cards and real-time visibility on shipments to feedback on sales forecasts. The result is data-driven decision-making resulting in better and faster decisions.

Founded in December 2015 by Erik Verdeyen, Biren Van Herck and Steven Schroeyens, Pro Alliance is now officially classed as a scale-up. In co-creation with its accelerator partners (Startit and Belcham) and first customers, the company has grown to a team of close to 20 employees including data scientists, software engineers, customer success agents, product managers and business analysts.

Supply Chain Scale-up of the Year

Pro Alliance has raised over €3 million in funding, not to mention having established key partnerships with various multinationals. In addition to the head office in Antwerp, the company also has an office in Minsk (Belarus) and plans to open a US base in New York in the near future. In 2018, visitors to the inNOWvate Supply Chain Event in Amersfoort, the Netherlands, voted Pro Alliance ‘Supply Chain Scale-up of the Year’ (see picture).
