The work of Marc Wouters addresses the design and use of management accounting information and the measuring of performance, in particular in the areas of manufacturing, procurement, supply chain management and new product development. He has worked with countless companies, including Philips, Nike, Grolsch, Stork, Sara Lee/Douwe Egberts, Wavin Group, and Heijmans, not only in a research capacity but also providing consultancy and executive training.
