The role

The Logistics Performance Specialist is an EMEA role based in Rotterdam or Ghent. You will be responsible for the coordination of Logistics Operations, managing our 3rd party Logistics providers in the region. You will coordinate all logistical movements for our businesses, monitoring performance and ensuring performance levels. You will act as a troubleshooter for our clients.

You will be involved in a great diversity of logistics processes and you will be regularly collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Although your focus is on making processes more efficient when needed you provide hands-on Logistics support to make sure all products are delivered according to our high-quality standards. Your goals is to optimize the logistics performance on a quality based, efficient and cost-effective manner.

Your background & qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master from an accredited college or university; preferably in Logistics, Supply chain, Operations Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a complex Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service environment.
  • You are fluent in English; the knowledge of other European languages (such as German, Spanish, Italian or Eastern European) is an asset.
