Apps for more efficient procurement procedures
SynerTrade, provider of purchasing software and apps for more efficient procurement procedures, is growing robustly. More than 250 customers in 11 countries have already entrusted their purchasing processes to the software company with French-German roots. The apps play an important role in that, and the company has already developed 34 different ones.
Of those, the top five most popular ones are the Auction, Catalogue System, Data Harmonization, Purchasing Controlling and Tender apps. Auction is an app aimed at maximising purchasing efficiency with a minimum of negotiations. Catalogue System is an app which increases the procurement process efficiency, among other things. The Data Harmonization app is a business intelligence solution for harmonised, valid and cleansed master data via an in-memory database. The fourth app in the top five is Purchasing Controlling which evaluates and analyses complex procurement processes and data. Last but not least, Tender maximises the annual number of tenders, from complex logistics-related tender processes to quick and simple requests for proposals.
Over 250 companies are already using SynerTrade, including high-profile names such as Alstom, Audi, Lufthansa, Sanofi and Yves Rocher. SynerTrade is headquartered in France but is also active in Belgium, Germany, Italy, Romania, the USA, China, Brazil and beyond. The company opened a new Benelux office in Amsterdam in late June 2015, and expects to see rapid growth in the Benelux region. In early September 2015 SynerTrade announced that 90 percent of its shares had been acquired by Digital Dimension, a subsidiary of Econocom Group which is listed on the Belgian stock exchange. This share transaction has made SynerTrade part of one of Europe’s biggest investment companies active in IT hosting, mobile and SaaS business software solutions.
