    • ]]>     They were welcomed with open arms, the Dutch businesspeople who accompanied Prime Minister Balkenende and Minister Eurlings of the Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management on a trip to Brazil. That country has a gnawing need for logistical know-how, especially in the area of ports and inland shipping. The delegation had a considerable advantage, as well, in that Minister Eurlings speaks Portuguese. The first orders have already arrived.
