Created in collaboration with Cisco, Fudan University, and Stanford University, the Cisco-Fudan-Stanford (CFS) Supply Chain Leadership Institute will be launched at Fudan University in Shanghai and offered at different locations within China in the future. This institute is the first program of the Cisco Supply Chain Leadership Institute Initiative. Hau Lee, Haim Mendelson, Yossi Sheffi, Hongyu Li and Dailun Shi are participants on the faculty.

Developed to deliver a world-class supply-chain management education program that supports China’s continuing development and transformation, this program’s objectives include:
- Collaboration with key educational institutions and partners to establish a self-sustaining globally recognized program that continuously influences thought leadership in supply chain management.
- Increasing the supply-chain knowledge, skills, and leadership capabilities of senior Chinese supply chain executives to facilitate greater success in the global marketplace.
Participants focus in the weeklong program on seven different supply chain modules:
- Supply Chain Management Strategies,
- Supply Chain Operations Best Practices,
- Supply Chain Logistics Best Practices,
- New Product Introduction and the Supply Chain,
- Emerging Supply Chains,
- Supply Chain Partnerships, and
- Managing Change.
