Mitchell Tseng is internationally renowned for his work in mass customization and global manufacturing. Since his inauguration in 2001, Tseng has been co-chairman of the International Mass Customization and Personalization Conferences (MCPC). Numerous high-profile organisations have commissioned him to conduct research for them, including AT&T, Honeywell, Lucent Technologies, Intel, SAP, Liz Claiborne, Motorola, Nokia, GAP and Ford Motors.
